Mark T. Gregory

Broker

Mark T. Gregory is a licensed broker.  Mark is responsible for all corporate planning and financial operations, in addition to overseeing all activities of the operating divisions of the company. 

 

Mark began his professional real estate career in 1986 where he served on the management team of Houston-based Harold Farb Investments, responsible for management and leasing of San Felipe Plaza, a 1.1 million square foot trophy class office building in the Galleria area of Houston.  Mark was promoted to Sr. Property Manager and Leasing Agent in 1988 and assigned a mixed use portfolio consisting of 585,000 square feet of office and retail. His career expanded in 1995 when Mark joined REOC Property Services, Inc. and was assigned a 1.9 million square foot mixed use portfolio.  This experience eventually led Mark to be hired by Houston based Asset Plus Corporation in 1999.  Mark was promoted to Sr. Vice President in 2003 and in 2013 acquired the Commercial Division of Asset Plus Corporation from its owner. Mark specializes in marketing, leasing and managing office and retail portfolios for institutional and private investors.  He is directly responsible for pro forma performance including meeting target leasing goals required by lenders and investors.

 

In addition, he has developed new business, asset business plans, and marketing material.  He is also responsible for new construction contracts and lease document review and preparation.  Mark has also been responsible for pad site development and/or sale.  His experience with office portfolios totals over 1 million square feet and retail portfolios in excess of 900,000 square feet.

 

Mark is a 1985 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and currently holds a Texas Real Estate License. 

Very active in his community, Mark volunteers as a board member and the treasurer for his children’s swim team.  He has served on the board of several youth organizations, and has coached baseball, football, basketball and soccer.

Valerie Treece
Realtor CSMS SMA & Property Manager

Valerie serves as our residential Realtor Lead and Property Manager. She has nearly a decade of experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, possesses an Associates Degree from WCJC and studied Theology & Philosophy at the University of St. Thomas.  She is the mother of 3 girls, and serves her community through Fort Bend Junior Service League and fundraising projects for St. Theresa Catholic School. She is a very skilled communicator and has strong problem solving and negotiation skills. These qualities and her education make her an excellent Property Manager and she will do what it takes to ensure CRM clients are happy and that properties are well taken care of.

Jessica Gregory
Controller

As Controller, Jessica is responsible for the supervision of the Cardinal Realty Management accounting department that services over 2 Million square feet of commercial office and retail properties throughout Texas and Alabama. She supervises all corporate operations. Her portfolio includes private equity and institutional investments. As Controller, Jessica is responsible for all property accounting functions, mortgage payments, monthly and end of year financial reporting preparation, accounting systems, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processing. She reviews all rent rolls, collection reports, write-off reports, delinquency reports, prepaid reports and closing reports to insure their accuracy. She supervises the reconciliation of the bank statements for all managed properties. She is also responsible for processing all company payroll through several payroll services. With the help of these payroll services, she monitors the group health insurance and other company benefits such as vacation and sick time.  Jessica has implemented financial and management reports that are used by property owners throughout the industry as exemplary reporting procedures.

Colleen is responsible for all accounts receivables and accounts payable functions at the company. In addition, she oversees all insurance related duties for CRM.

Colleen is a 1997 graduate of Northeast Louisiana University (now UL Monroe) with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She began her career at State Farm evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims. Over her decade with State Farm, she relocated 3 times. Her teamwork, dedication to problem solving, and attention to detail facilitated her transitions into different facets of the business at State Farm.
 

She is also an active member of the Fort Bend Junior Service League and has held various positions for the league, including President and Director of Community Service. She is a loyal and caring person. At home, her two boys, husband, 3 dogs, and cat keep Colleen busy and active. She enjoys reading, traveling, outdoors, and volunteering.

Colleen Fox

AR/AP Manager & Director of Insurance

Sergio has been an integral part of Cardinal Realty Management since its inception.  Sergio is certified in mechanical and electrical equipment, and oversees all aspects of maintenance and engineering at the properties.  Sergio started his career at Harold Farb Investments in 1988, and has moved with Mark to various companies throughout his career.
